    I work in the field of FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulatory and compliance.

    The best part of being in food regulation and compliance is the opportunity to promote ethical business practices and ensure legal compliance within organizations. This profession involves mitigating risks, maintaining adherence to laws and regulations, and safeguarding the company's reputation while providing safe and healthy food to consumers. I chose this profession because I have always been interested in understanding the technology and regulations behind packaged food and ensuring the quality and safety of the food we consume.

    Yes, I enjoy reading. The last thing I read was the CODEX, which is a collection of international food standards and guidelines.

    My friends would describe me as a person who can be both tough and sweet, depending on the situation.
