Instead of changing, I would like to make awareness on Mental Health which is the need of the time. It is the successful performance of a mental function, resulting in productive activities, fulfilling relationships with other people, and the ability to adapt to change and cope with adversity. Mental health is how a person looks at themself, looks at their own life and the others - think, feel, and act when faced with life’s situations, evaluate those challenges and problems and explore choices. i.e. handling stress, relating to other people, and making decisions.
