Could you walk me through a typical day in the life of a physiotherapist, from the time you arrive at work until you leave?

 Most often, patient sessions and slots are already allotted a day before. Once we reach the clinic, we start taking sessions and provide new consultations to new patients. This process continues until the evening and we leave clinic after a hectic day.

What inspired you to pursue physiotherapy as a career?

It was not by interest but by chance..

Which abilities do you consider to be the most crucial for a physiotherapist when deciding to pursue it as a career?

A bird's eye view of the field, hard work, and the ability to assess conditions rightly and provide specialized treatment.

What do you like most about your job as a physiotherapist?

I enjoy the fact that it keeps me physically fit and engaged throughout the day.

What resources do you find valuable to stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy?

 I find articles and journals of foreign authors to be valuable resources for staying updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy.

What are your strategies to manage your workload and patient appointments throughout the day?

Hiring a good manager and receptionist is essential for managing workload and patient appointments. Additionally, being a quick decision-maker is crucial in managing the day effectively.

Could you share the challenges you face in your work as a physiotherapist and how you handle them?

Challenges in physiotherapy can vary, but a key aspect is assessing and addressing each patient's unique needs. Handling these challenges involves a combination of experience, continuous learning, and adapting treatment plans accordingly.

What factors do you commonly consider while designing personalized treatment plans for your patients?

 When designing personalized treatment plans, I consider factors such as the patient's age, physical build, gait, facial expressions, and other relevant assessment parameters related to their condition.

 I would choose to have dinner with my parents and my better half because they have been my pillars of support and inspiration.

Hard work doesn't always guarantee success; luck is worth considering as well.

Lots of times, but the actual one is yet to come.
