Metropolitan Magistrate Vijayshree Rathore, while scrutinizing the evidence, considered it prima facie sufficient to proceed with the case.

Accordingly, I take cognizance of sections 376, 377, 313, and 506 of the Indian penal code against the accused, added in an order dated January 23."

The court directed that the accused AIIMS doctor be summoned on February 26 through the Station House Officer (SHO).

The court did not summon the accused two sisters and brother, noting that the marriage between the accused and the complainant was not solemnized.
