A bizarre incident has surfaced from Bihar as a man cuts off his private part after his wife stayed at her parents' for longer than expected.

Krishna Basuki, 25, had returned to his hometown of Madhepura two months ago. He works and stays in Punjab to earn his livelihood. However, his wife Anita went to stay with her parents, and delayed her return.

That didn't go well with Basuki, as he took the extreme step of chopping off his private part on January 20. Basuki's relatives saw him in a pool of blood and rushed him to the Medical College Hospital.

According to the reports, Basuki has some mental issues which might have led him to take such a step. However, according to the doctors, he is out of danger.
