  1. What do you do?

    I am a Medical student, currently in my second semester at NGMC, Nepal, under a scholarship provided by the Ministry, and I am doing my best to be one of the best contributors to the medicine field.

  2. What’s the best part of your profession? What made you choose this profession?
    The best part of my profession as a doctor will be the satisfaction and happiness that I will be directly getting from my patients after recovery, the broadest spectrum of sectors for research and development at my personnel level as well as community level, and the best thing is that you, as a doctor, will have some compact knowledge capable of curing humans.

  3. Do you like reading? What was the last thing you read?

    Yeah, I am fond of reading, not only my course books but also to keep my knowledge up-to-date. Recently, I was reading about how Schizophrenia’s Genetic Risk is linked to the placenta rather than the brain, published in Medbound.

  4. What is your favorite dish?

    I like some traditional Nepali dishes, but I prefer eating a healthy diet rather than having a specific choice.

  5. How would your friends describe you?

    As an enthusiast, an optimist, and a person truly deserving to be in the medical field, a medico is always trying to be at the next level than a normal Medico.

  6. Who would you like to travel with?

    Family and Colleagues

  7. What is your least favorite subject?

    Microbiology in MBBS and Social Science at school level

  8. Your favorite subjects?

    Anatomy, Pharmacology, Physiology and Pathology

  9. What’s something you wish to change about the world?
    I want to do some extreme research to modify the non-communicable diseases caused by genetic reasons at the genetic level and at the molecular level.

  10. If your journey was/were a movie, what would it be called?

    "Hard work of An Extreme Optimist "

  11. What are you passionate about?

    I am passionate about medicine and football.

  12. Best/memorable moment?

    The first few days in medical college are difficult due to ragging , extreme newness , fear, interactions with friends , homesickness, etc. The happiness to show the first presentation in NGMC

  13. What do you love to do in your leisure time?

    I love playing football, listening to music, walking with my friends, and obviously watching web series and new movies.

  14. What do you hate the most?

    I hate people wasting their time on unworthy things, running after money even after being doctors, and most importantly, not respecting the views of others.

  15. If given a choice, what alternate career would you have opted for?

    None. Medicine has always been my one and only choice.

  16. What is your dream travel destination?

    I want to travel through Nepal first, then I would love to explore Europe with a bunch of Money in my pocket.

  17. Where would you like to work in the future?

    I would love to Work in Nepal as we still have so many things lacking in the health sector, but if I got the opportunity, I would prefer going to the USA or UK to gain better skills and technology to utilize in my country.

  19. What else would you like to tell about yourself?
    I am very enthusiastic about being involved in Medical research, and despite being in the basic science field, the interest that I have developed will certainly help me to do some good work in this field.
