1. Sleep Deprivation

The allure of nightlife and late-night activities often leads people to sacrifice sleep. While occasional late nights may not harm significantly, consistently missing the recommended eight hours of sleep can severely affect brain health. Sleep deprivation prevents the brain from resting adequately, impairing memory, cognitive function, and the ability to process information.
