Officers attempted to rouse up 32-year-old Tyson upon their arrival, but he was "unable to react audibly." He sat up groggily, then dropped back into the bed, dozing off once more. His "lethargic and uncoordinated" movement, as well as the scent of alcohol on his breath and body, were noted by the police.

Tyson was accused and freed on a $415 bond; he is scheduled to appear in court on December 1.

Tyson Foods cited the incident as a "personal problem" and declined to comment on it.

Later on, Mr. Tyson apologized for his behavior and stated that he will reflect on his behavior.

According to CDC, chronic illnesses and other grave issues, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive issues, can develop over time as a result of heavy alcohol consumption.
