Doctor's Body Found in Water Tank at Gautam Buddha Nagar University

A woman's body was found in a water tank in the staff quarters building at Gautam Buddha University in Greater Noida. The victim, identified as Kaushal, shared the quarters with her mother-in-law and husband. The shocking finding has raised questions about possible foul play, and the police have launched a search for the mother-in-law and missing husband, who are thought to be the crime's culprits.

The victim's husband, identified as Kapil, is reported to have been employed at the nearby JIMS Hospital. Residents in the surrounding area revealed that the couple's relationship was frequently heated with arguments, with a particularly heated fight taking place the evening before the deceased was found. Investigations have suggested that the conflict may have escalated into violence, leading to the woman's untimely demise.

Senior police officers arrived on the spot as soon as they heard the news. Preliminary investigations indicate that the deceased woman's husband and mother-in-law had escaped from the premises since Monday morning, raising suspicions of their involvement in the alleged murder.

According to Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Shivhari Meena, the police were quickly informed of the body's discovery, prompting a thorough investigation into the matter. Meena confirmed that specialist squads have been sent to locate the escaping suspects after a complaint from the woman's relatives led to the registration of a case.

The deceased woman, aged 32, was found within the confines of the water tank situated on top of the staff quarters building. The circumstances surrounding her demise remain hidden in mystery as authorities await the results of the impending autopsy.

According to eyewitness accounts, the couple's relationship had been characterized by frequent arguments, which ended the night before the wife passed away. Suspicion about the husband's involvement in the incident has increased due to the reported drinking and the supposed fight.

Authorities are searching for all possibilities for justice as the investigation progresses. Law enforcement officials are using every resource at their disposal to capture the culprits and reveal the details behind the woman's premature death as the search for her husband and mother-in-law continues.
