Please walk me through a typical day in the life of a physiotherapist, starting with the time you arrive at work till the time you leave.

My clinic starts at 9 am and ends at 5 pm. In my work patient assessment is a very important thing then I give the initial treatment and exercise protocol according to the condition and also inform them about their condition and what to do and what not to do.

What inspired you to pursue physiotherapy as a career?

When I see how physiotherapy helps an individual to achieve their daily life activity which has been impaired and also the help of physios the sports players coming back from their injury and play their game and improve it. It inspires and motivates me to become a physiotherapist.

Which abilities do you consider to be the most crucial for a physiotherapist when you are deciding to pursue it as a career?

Calmness, communication skills, decision-making ability, applying scientific approach for treatment, leadership ability to lead the individual towards a healthy life.

What do you like most about your job as a physiotherapist?

Treating an individual and seeing their improvement to achieve their goal of being a healthy individual.

What resources do you find valuable to stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy?

To stay updated we need to read recent articles about treatment, new approaches for the treatment, continue learning from books and also from knowledgeable persons around us.

What are your strategies to manage your workload and patient appointments throughout the day?

At first, manage the time keep calm, specific to the treatment, accurate decision making, and use resources accordingly.

Could you share the challenges you face in your work as a physiotherapist and how you handle them?

Lack of awareness in individuals about physiotherapy. I always inform them about physiotherapy and their condition.

What factors do you commonly consider while designing personalized treatment plans for your patients?

At first relief of pain or any condition, they had and prioritized according to their need in daily life. Patient's condition-base approach to achieve their goals.

Do you think AI/Robotic technology would help to improve the future of physiotherapy? If so, what technological advancements do you think are particularly promising?

Nowadays it is a very important thing in our daily life it helps us in future to the treat patients and also athletes to improve their injuries. AI is very helpful in diagnosing any condition.

What outcome measures do you use to track patient improvement?

Telecommunication with patients, many questionnaires and scales are there to see the improvement.
