  1. I'm a plastic surgeon with 13+ years of experience and an executive committee member at IAAPS (Indian Association Of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons).

  2. What’s the best part of your profession? What made you choose this profession?

    The best part of my profession is the excitement of being a surgeon, where each day is different, and I have the opportunity to transform lives. My childhood dream of becoming a doctor was deeply ingrained in my heart, which led me to choose this profession.

  3. Do you like reading? What was the last thing you read?

    Yes, I love reading, and on a quiet Sunday afternoon, I enjoy getting immersed in a book. The last thing I read is "The Girl Who Drank the Moon" by Kelly Barnhill.

  4. What is your favorite dish?

    I have quite a list of favorite dishes, including Momos, Gajar ka halwa, and Pasta.

  5. How would your friends describe you?

    My friends would describe me as the intellectual or the nerd girl in the group.

    Family

  7. What is your least favourite subject?

    My least favorite subject is Economics.

    My favorite subject is Maths, surprisingly.

  9. What’s something you wish to change about the world?

    One thing I wish to change about the world is to make it safer for women.

    If my journey were a movie, it would be called "Harmony in Motion: A Surgeon's Voyage."

  11. What are you passionate about?

    Other than plastic surgery, I'm passionate about playing badminton.

  12. Best/memorable moment

    One of my most memorable moments was during a university-level badminton match, where I triumphed despite an initial score of 3-15, securing an unforgettable victory. Another cherished moment was the day my daughter was born, filling my heart with immeasurable joy and pride.

  13. What do you love to do in your leisure time?

    In my leisure time, I love to read, binge-watch TV shows, and spend quality time with my daughter.

  14. What do you hate the most?

    What I hate the most is the exploitation of women in the workplace, especially when their vulnerability is taken advantage of instead of empowering them in their parenting and professional roles.

  15. If given a choice, what alternate career would you have opted for?

    If I had an alternate career choice, I would still choose to be a surgeon, as I am living my dream every day.

  16. What is your dream travel destination?

    My dream travel destination is Germany, and I'm grateful to be able to travel with my family and make those dreams a reality.

  17. Where would you like to work in future?

    I'm happiest when I'm in the operation theatre, transforming lives.
