Sai Pallavi was born in Coimbatore in 1992. She started working in films in supporting roles in her early 20s.

As per the media reports, the shooting of Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming film Ramayan is being done on a large scale and it is being called the most ambitious Bollywood film ever. This film is being mounted on a Rs 500 crore budget.
Sai Pallavi is playing the role of Sita and Ranbir Kapoor has been signed as Lord Rama.
