In a staggering incident, condoms, gutka, stones, and many other foreign objects were found in samosas, which are served at a reputed company’s canteen.
According to the sources, condoms, gutka, tobacco, stones, and various other foreign objects were discovered at a reputed company's canteen, located in Pimpri Chinchwad in Pune. The incident was brought to light on March 27. The police registered a case against five people at Chikhali police station and also arrested one.
Police investigation disclosed that a businessman was behind this disgusting act. He did this act to acquire the catering contract from a new contractor after his agreement with the company was terminated.
A similar incident happened earlier this year when about 20 teachers from Dronacharya Degree College in Uttar Pradesh were admitted to hospital after consuming samosas from a local sweet shop during the celebrations of New Year's Eve. Follow-up inquiry uncovered that the samosas are not only stale but also have poisonous worms in them. The college principal filed a complaint against the sweet shop owner at Dankaur police station.
