A doctor in Ghaziabad alleged that he was attacked by the security guard of the popular poet Kumar Vishwas. This incident took place on Wednesday afternoon near a flyover in the Indirapuram area. Despite the allegations, Kumar Vishwas claimed that his security men were attacked by the doctor.
Pallav Bajpai, a 35-year-old doctor working at a private hospital in Ghaziabad, was assaulted by the security guard of the poet, Kumar Vishwas, after a confrontation between their vehicles. Kumar Vishwas filed a counter-complaint, stating that the doctor tried to hit his security guard.
The doctor stated that while he was on his way to the hospital for an operation, a Kia Carnival car overtook him, made him stop his car, and hit him with a gun. He shouted as he was assaulted for 10 minutes and left with visible injuries. So, he filed a complaint at the Indirapuram police station at around 3 p.m. on November 8.
But Kumar Vishwas claims that actually, while he was traveling with his security guards on the banks of the Hindu River, his security guard’s car was hit by a car driver from both sides, so his security guard tried to question the doctor, but the doctor resisted and assaulted his security guard. Vishwas alleges that the doctor's actions were inappropriate and that he was only stopped for questioning. He also mentioned this in his Twitter post.
In a Twitter video, the Ghaziabad Police stated that they had considered both their statements, and they also mentioned that the allegations made by Kumar had not been proven in their initial investigation. So, they are investigating further to take appropriate action on this case.
The Ghaziabad police wanted the investigation to be completed before making assumptions about the incident. A security team reportedly attacked the doctor in Ghaziabad, and both parties have reported the incident. They emphasized the need for a thorough investigation with evidence and statements to bring justice. This matter is currently being looked upon and no FIR has been filed yet.
