Two suspects have been booked for allegedly assaulting an orthopedic doctor in his clinic in Gurugram’s sector 82A. The incident occurred when the doctor sanitized his hands after examining a patient.
Peeyush Yadav, an orthopedic doctor, has a clinic located in Sector 82A of Gurugram. According to the police, the victim, Dr. Peeyush, said that a patient visited his clinic on Tuesday, and he griped about his shoulder pain. Dr. Yadav physically examined the patient. The patient got aggravated when he saw the doctor sanitizing his hands after examining him. This led to a quarrel; the patient started a fight with the doctor, and the attendant accompanying him also started slapping Dr. Yadav multiple times. Based on Dr. Yadav’s complaint, an FIR (First Information Report) was filed against the two unidentified suspects at the Kherki Daula Station on Wednesday night.
In his complaint, Dr. Yadav contended that a gym is situated above his clinic. Previously, the doctor complained multiple times to the commercial complex management against the gym owner for playing loud music The doctor presumed that the gym owner may have sent these two suspects to imperil him.
Inspector Ajay Kumar, station house officer of the Kherki Daula Police Station, said, “Attempts are on to confirm the identity of the suspects.”
