A Class 11 student in Madhya Pradesh's Burhanpur reportedly died of cardiac arrest.

The deceased student was identified as Yashasvi Brahmane, a Class 11 student who was preparing for the NEET examination at Macro Vision Academy in Burhanpur. This incident happened on Tuesday, April 23. The girl’s parents have accused the hostel warden and authorities of not notifying them that their daughter was unwell. The police are awaiting for the autopsy report to know the cause of the girl's death.

Father of Yashasvi, Lohar Brahmana, who is an assistant professor at PG College in Jhabua said that his daughter wished to be a doctor. Lohar Brahmana said that they received a call from the doctor who said Yashaswi's blood pressure was dropping and she needed angiography. Later the doctor notified them that Yasaswi was critical and asked them to come to Burhanpur. He also said that they were never told that their daughter was unwell and she had not been going to school for a few days. Yasaswi's parents also claimed that their daughter was strong and had no diseases and suspected that the doctor gave her a high dose of medicine or he did not treat her properly due to which she died.

Lohar Brahmana said that they were told by the school administration that they would call them if their daughter was not okay and they kept saying that she was okay and they didn't need to come. He requested the district administration to take action against Anand Chouksey, the school administrator.

After the ECG, they found that she suffered a massive heart attack. They have minute-to-minute details of their tasks

However, the school administrator Anand Chouksey denied the allegations and said that Yasaswi complained of chest pain around 4 pm and she was taken to the casualty ward by the warden. He said that after the ECG, they found that she suffered a massive heart attack. They have minute-to-minute details of their tasks and chat with her family and CCTV footage of the girl's activities.

He also said that there was no careless attitude, they were also agonized by her death. Dr. Gagan, who treated Yasaswi, said that Yasaswi had a fever for five days. The ECG revealed a heart attack and they have supporting evidence that Yasaswi's heart was pumping at only 39-35 percent and the troponin test revealed raised levels. The girl's parents and doctor were notified and they performed angiography after written consent.  Later Yasaswi was shifted to the ICU, where she suffered sudden cardiac arrest and convulsions and fell unconscious. They started CPR around 8 pm and continued the process till 11:30 pm but she could not survive. He also said that they had no details about her medical history.
