In the most recent "SME Digital Insights" study, conducted by Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) and Cyber Media Research (CMR), 33% of SMEs in the healthcare industry acknowledge the potential of big data analytics to improve diagnostics, and 31% view artificial intelligence (AI) as a useful tool for accelerating drug discovery and streamlining operations. Furthermore, according to 40% of healthcare SMEs polled, adopting cloud computing will increase security compliance.
