Talking about menstruation Dr. Tanaya said that an important change that happens in the bodies of young girls at puberty is called periods. Periods are that come to you every month in which you bleed from your vagina this is the part between your legs. Normal and routine thing that happens to young people and older people as well. They don't have to freak out about it, don't get scared. There is an organ in your body called the uterus it's about the size of your fist and it can grow up to the size of a watermelon when you are pregnant the blood that comes out of your vagina is actually coming from your uterus because of some hormonal changes that happen in your body every single month. This is totally normal, you can use a pad, tampon, or menstrual cup on your period.
